We’re Hiring Our Next Future Service Advisor
(Support Role – We’ll Train You)
Start in Support. Grow into the Role.
We’re TAT – better known as Tres Amigos Truck & Auto in San Jose.
Hey – Real quick:
Are you the kind of person who keeps things together when others start to fall apart?
Do you stay calm, stay organized, and stay helpful – even when it’s busy?
If that sounds like you, keep reading.
We’re looking for someone sharp, reliable, and people-friendly to join us as a:
Service Advisor Trainee (Support Position)
You’ll start by assisting – and if you’ve got the right energy, mindset, and follow-through, you’ll grow into a full Service Advisor. That’s the plan.
You might be our next team member if:
·People say you’re upbeat, reliable, and easy to talk to
·You bring calm to chaos – without making a big show of it
·You listen first, then solve
·You like helping people understand things
·You’re looking for a future, not just another job
What You’ll Do:
·Help customers get the answers and service they need
·Keep communication smooth between front desk and shop
·Learn how to build estimates, source parts, and follow up with confidence
·Train side-by-side with experienced advisors
·Be part of a team that’s proud of how we do things
What We Offer:
·Full training with room to grow
·Stable, full-time hours
·A team that supports one another
·A shop built on trust, quality, and care – for our customers and each other
·A track to grow into more responsibility (and more pay)
· Starting pay typically $19-$24/hr depending on experience
· Paid holidays, vacation time, and growth-based incentives
Experience?
·None? That’s fine – we’ll teach you.
·Some? Even better – but we’ll ask the right questions.
(This is a culture-first team. Experience alone isn’t enough.)

Because the right opportunity doesn’t shout.
Sometimes it just quietly says, “Hey – this might be it.”
If you feel it, reach out.
